Territorial Limitation
We operate exclusively within the United Kingdom. Our services, marketing, and deliveries are restricted to customers located in the UK. By placing an order with Lurovate, you confirm that you are a resident of the UK and that the delivery address provided is within the national borders of the United Kingdom.
We do not provide international shipping or services outside of this region.
Ordering and Dispatch
When you place an order for a piece of art or a decorative item, we begin the fulfilment process immediately. We require 24 hours for order packaging and shipping preparation. Once this internal process is complete, the items are handed over to our logistics partners.
Delivery Timelines
We aim to ensure that your items arrive in a timely manner. Our standard delivery timeline is 2-3 business days from the moment the order is placed. This timeline accounts for both our internal preparation and the transit time handled by our logistics partners.
While we strive to meet these estimates, external factors may occasionally cause minor delays.
Payment Method and Costs
To ensure transparency and trust, Lurovate operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only. We collect the full payment at your doorstep upon the arrival of your order.
- There are no hidden charges.
- There are no shipping costs.
- The price you see on the website is the total amount you will pay. Since we do not process payments online, we do not store or have access to your credit card or bank details during the initial purchase phase.
Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order as long as the product remains in our possession. Once the item has been dispatched and is with our logistics team, the delivery process must be completed.
If you wish to cancel, please notify us immediately at support@lurovate.com before the dispatch notification is sent.
Returns and Replacements
We provide a 30-day return policy, which begins from the day your item is delivered. This policy specifically applies to items that arrive damaged or are incorrect.
- Process: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email us at support@lurovate.com.
- Pickup: We will arrange a pickup from your location at no cost to you.
- Inspection: Once the item returns to our facility, we take 24 hours to inspect its condition.
- Resolution: Following inspection, we will arrange a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable or the damage is beyond repair, we will offer a full refund.
Refund Procedure
Because we operate via COD, we do not have your banking information. If a refund is required, we will contact you via email to request your bank details for a manual transfer.
- Initiation: We initiate the refund through a bank transfer once your details are provided.
- Processing Time: It typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your banking provider.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any fees for restocking returned items.
Change of Mind Policy
We encourage all customers to be certain of their selection before finalising an order. Lurovate does not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests based on a change of mind.
